Description

Lead end-to-end architecture and design of ServiceNow solutions for the telecom domain. You will provide hands-on technical leadership, mentor distributed teams, and enforce governance standards.

Responsibilities

  • Lead architecture and design of scalable ServiceNow implementations.
  • Collaborate with enterprise architects and cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Mentor and lead a growing team of ServiceNow professionals.
  • Establish and enforce best practices, governance, and design standards.

Required Skills

  • ServiceNow Certified Technical Architect (CTA) certification.
  • 15+ years of overall IT experience with strong ServiceNow expertise.
  • Proven experience in telecom domain environments.
  • Strong experience with Telco Service Operations and Sales Order Management.
  • Expertise in CMDB and Identification & Reconciliation Engine (IRE).
  • Exposure to Field Service Management (FSM).
  • Ability to balance architecture strategy with hands-on development.
