- Lead architecture and design of scalable ServiceNow implementations.
- Collaborate with enterprise architects and cross-functional stakeholders.
- Mentor and lead a growing team of ServiceNow professionals.
- Establish and enforce best practices, governance, and design standards.
Required Skills
- ServiceNow Certified Technical Architect (CTA) certification.
- 15+ years of overall IT experience with strong ServiceNow expertise.
- Proven experience in telecom domain environments.
- Strong experience with Telco Service Operations and Sales Order Management.
- Expertise in CMDB and Identification & Reconciliation Engine (IRE).
- Exposure to Field Service Management (FSM).
- Ability to balance architecture strategy with hands-on development.
