Description

Lead end-to-end architecture and design of scalable ServiceNow solutions for the telecom domain.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement ServiceNow solutions, ensuring scalability and alignment with enterprise standards.
• Provide hands-on technical leadership and mentor distributed teams of ServiceNow professionals.
• Collaborate with enterprise architects and cross-functional stakeholders to define solution strategies.
• Establish and enforce best practices, governance frameworks, and design standards.

Required Skills

• ServiceNow Certified Technical Architect (CTA) certification.
• 15+ years of overall IT experience with deep ServiceNow expertise.
• Proven experience in telecom domain environments, specifically Telco Service Operations and Sales Order Management.
• Strong expertise with CMDB and Identification & Reconciliation Engine (IRE).
• Ability to balance high-level architecture strategy with hands-on development tasks.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.

Preferred Skills

• Exposure to Field Service Management (FSM).
