You will administer and maintain the ServiceNow CMDB, ensuring data integrity and alignment with CSDM standards.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Own the CMDB Health Dashboard, addressing Completeness, Compliance, and Correctness issues.
• Remediate duplicate and orphaned CIs using DIR tools and enforce data standards.
• Configure and troubleshoot ServiceNow Discovery schedules for accurate infrastructure mapping.
• Manage the Identification and Reconciliation Engine (IRE) and IntegrationHub/ETL processes.
• Validate CI accuracy with owners and support CMDB audits against physical infrastructure.

Required Skills

• 5+ years administering ServiceNow CMDB with deep knowledge of the cmdb_ci table hierarchy.
• Proven experience with ServiceNow Discovery, Service Mapping, and IRE.
• Experience integrating external data sources such as SCCM, Jamf, and Azure.
• Strong understanding of the Common Service Data Model (CSDM).
• Ability to manage ETL processes and ensure clean reconciliation of CI records.
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification is required.

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with IT Asset Management concepts (HAM & SAM).
