Description

You will design, implement, and optimize the Configuration Management Database (CMDB) using the Common Service Data Model (CSDM) framework.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement CMDB architectures leveraging the CSDM framework.
• Map assets and services to ensure accurate tracking across the platform.
• Optimize existing CMDB structures to improve data integrity.
• Apply data governance and service modeling best practices.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in ServiceNow architecture.
• Deep expertise in ServiceNow CMDB.
• Strong understanding of the Common Service Data Model (CSDM).
• Hands-on experience with IT Service Management (ITSM).
• Hands-on experience with IT Operations Management (ITOM).
• Proven experience in service modeling and data governance.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate education.
