Description

You will bridge business units and the platform team to manage Configuration Management, Discovery, and Service Mapping processes.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Capture and detail business and user requirements as stories for agile development.
• Own stakeholder relationships to identify, prioritize, model, and document business, process, and data requirements.
• Represent stakeholders through planning, development, and release processes, supporting testing and driving adoption.
• Collaborate with the platform team to develop accurate release estimates.

Required Skills

• 4+ years of practical experience with requirements gathering for ServiceNow CMDB and Service Mapping.
• Strong understanding of ITIL framework, specifically ITIL v3 or v4.
• Experience working within the Agile SCRUM methodology.
• Comprehensive background in ServiceNow Discovery, including Cloud Discovery and CMDB population.
• Proficiency in Service mapping and MID server configuration.
• Knowledge of protocols: HTTP, TCP, SNMP, SOAP, and REST.
• Strong understanding of ServiceNow out-of-the-box functionalities and modules.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills combined with analytical problem-solving ability.
