Description

Oversee the planning, implementation, and management of the ServiceNow Configuration Management Database (CMDB) within the Common Service Data Model (CSDM) framework.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive CMDB strategy following the CSDM model for cloud and on-premise CIs.
• Manage service dependencies and relationships with CI owners to ensure data integrity and quality.
• Enforce governance policies and procedures to maintain compliance and data accuracy.
• Identify and implement process improvements, specifically regarding CI attestation.
• Organize CMDB-related activities, initiatives, and projects while collaborating with IT and business stakeholders.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience with ServiceNow CMDB and CSDM 4.0, including design, configuration, and deployment.
• 10+ years of experience in ITSM, ITIL frameworks, and SDLC.
• Proven ability to manage IT projects and strategies within a quality and regulated environment.
• Extensive knowledge of the ITIL framework and ITSM processes.
• Demonstrated success in presenting complex information and conducting strategic discussions with infrastructure leaders and business process teams.
• Ability to build consensus among competing stakeholders.
