Description

You will manage ServiceNow ITOM operations with a focus on CMDB integrity and governance.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Perform detailed configuration reviews of the CMDB environment.
• Present technical findings and audit results to stakeholders.
• Implement and present CMDB best practices to improve data accuracy.
• Drive improvements within the ITOM space.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in ITOM or CMDB management.
• ServiceNow Certified CMDB Professional status.
• Proven experience performing configuration reviews.
• Ability to present technical findings and best practices clearly.
• Bachelor's degree or any graduate degree.
