Description

Oversee the quality, accuracy, and compliance of Configuration Item (CI) data within the ServiceNow CMDB.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Lead audits and reconciliations of assets and CIs to maintain data integrity.
• Manage integrations and troubleshoot data ingestion processes from third-party sources.
• Enforce standards for hardware configuration and asset-to-service relationships.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure asset lifecycle processes are followed.
• Maintain data governance and compliance with industry best practices.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience managing ServiceNow CMDB, including Data Manager, Attestation, and CMDB Health modules.
• Hands-on experience with ServiceNow IntegrationHub and ETL processes.
• Strong understanding of the relationship between asset records and Configuration Items (CIs).
• Proven experience with third-party data source integrations.
• Solid knowledge of ITIL v4 practices, specifically Service Configuration Management and Asset Management.
• Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field, or equivalent professional experience.
