Roles and Responsibilities:

• Design and maintain ServiceNow data models, data structures, relationships, and source-to-target mappings.
• Build and support Import Sets, Transform Maps, Transform Scripts, and Data Sources for enterprise data onboarding.
• Implement CMDB and CSDM structures aligned to ServiceNow platform standards and data model principles.
• Support CI identification, reconciliation, normalization, and data quality remediation activities.
• Troubleshoot data import, transformation, and CI relationship issues across source systems and ServiceNow.

Skills Required:

• 6+ years of relevant ServiceNow experience, including CMDB and CSDM data model work.
• Strong hands-on experience with ServiceNow, CMDB, and CSDM in enterprise environments.
• Solid understanding of ServiceNow data models, data structures, and transformation logic.
• Experience with scalable CMDB onboarding, reconciliation, and data quality processes.
• Ability to support end-to-end data flow from source systems through import and transformation into ServiceNow.

Good to Have:

• Working exposure to Vulnerability Response, IT Asset Management, Discovery, Service Mapping, and Service Graph Connectors.
• Experience with Integration Hub and REST APIs.
• Knowledge of CI Classes, CI Relationships, IRE, CMDB Health, Data Certification, and Data Quality.
• Understanding of ITSM and ITOM processes.

Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related discipline preferred
