Roles and Responsibilities:

• Implement and maintain ServiceNow CMDB structures, including classes, attributes, and relationships aligned to CSDM.
• Drive CMDB data quality improvements by defining validation rules, reconciliation approaches, and governance processes.
• Support discovery and integration patterns to keep configuration data current and consistent across systems.
• Configure and troubleshoot CSDM-related mappings to ensure services, dependencies, and impact analysis are accurate.
• Partner with ITSM teams to align CMDB usage with IT service management processes and reporting needs.

Skills Required:

• 5+ years of relevant experience in ServiceNow CMDB/CSDM or ITSM configuration management
• ServiceNow (CMDB configuration and administration)
• CMDB (configuration management database design, data modeling, and relationship management)
• CSDM (Common Service Data Model mapping and implementation)
• ITSM-aligned configuration and service mapping practices for accurate dependency and impact visibility

Good to Have:

• ITIL
• IT Service Management

Education: Bachelor's Degree
