Description

You will design and manage data models for ServiceNow CMDB and Snow Mirror environments.

Responsibilities

• Design entity relationships, data flows, and conceptual/logical data models, including data dictionaries for CMDB.
• Build data models for ServiceNow CMDB and migrate data to external databases.
• Map ServiceNow application fields to back-end databases.
• Develop data models for analytical and reporting layers within BI and Big Data environments.
• Perform reporting and analysis for CMDB quality and process compliance.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in data modeling and CMDB management.
• Proficiency in CMDB data model design and entity relationships.
• Strong knowledge of ServiceNow CMDB back-end databases.
• Expertise in Snow Mirror database configuration and data replication.
• Advanced SQL and Snowflake skills for complex, multi-table joins (20+ tables).
• Experience with analytical and reporting layer modeling for BI.
• Proven ability to perform reporting and analysis for CMDB quality and process compliance.
• Experience working within Agile methodology.
