You will design, configure, and build solutions within the ServiceNow platform focusing on CMDB and CSDM enhancements.
Responsibilities
Design, develop, and implement CMDB and CSDM solutions on the ServiceNow platform.
Customize ServiceNow applications to automate and streamline organizational processes.
Build and maintain integrations between ServiceNow and other internal applications.
Troubleshoot platform issues and ensure adherence to architecture and design standards.
Evaluate emerging ServiceNow features to support strategic ITSM and SPM efforts.
Required Skills
ServiceNow development, troubleshooting, and platform operational experience.
Hands-on experience with discovery patterns, service maps, CMDB 360, cloud discovery, and service graph connector.
Operational understanding of the ServiceNow Common Service Data Model (CSDM).
Proficiency in JavaScript scripting.
Experience with event management and agent client connector.
Strong knowledge of ITIL framework, SPM, and ITSM standards.
ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field with 3+ years of ServiceNow development experience, or 7+ years of equivalent IT and Service Management experience.
Preferred Skills
ITIL Foundations in Service Management certification.
