Description

You will manage and develop the ServiceNow platform with a primary focus on Configuration Management (CMDB). You will ensure data integrity, optimize system performance, and build custom integrations.

Responsibilities

• Manage and configure the CMDB to maintain data integrity and system performance.
• Administer the Knowledge Base and Service Catalog.
• Configure out-of-the-box workflows and develop custom workflow processes.
• Build and maintain application fields, forms, views, email notifications, roles, and access controls.
• Integrate ServiceNow applications with third-party systems using APIs.

Required Skills

• 10-12 years of experience in ServiceNow development.
• Deep expertise in Configuration Management (CMDB).
• Experience configuring ServiceNow workflows and custom processes.
• Proficiency in managing forms, views, and access controls.
• Hands-on experience with API-based integrations.
• Ability to troubleshoot and optimize system performance.

Preferred Skills

• Any Graduate degree.
