Description

You will develop and implement ServiceNow CMDB solutions, manage related modules, and execute data migrations.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement ServiceNow CMDB configurations and structures.
• Manage and integrate ServiceNow modules including ITAM, ITSM, and ITBM.
• Execute data migrations and manage integrations using REST, SOAP, and APIs.
• Apply ServiceNow best practices and utilize the latest platform features to solve technical problems.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in the IT industry.
• 3 to 5 years of experience specifically with ServiceNow.
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification.
• Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
• Experience with REST, SOAP, and API integrations.
• Knowledge of ITIL processes.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with CSM, ITAM, and ITOM modules.
