Description

You will own the ServiceNow CMDB lifecycle, focusing on discovery processes for on-premises infrastructure and external interface integrations.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Implement and manage ServiceNow Discovery and Service Mapping.
• Configure and enhance the ServiceNow ITOM modular platform.
• Develop CMDB data alignment and automated data population workflows.
• Drive automation through ServiceNow Discovery and scripted processes.
• Document all development configurations, technical details, and training materials.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of professional IT experience.
• Hands-on experience with ServiceNow ITOM and CMDB Discovery.
• Practical knowledge of Networking and Infrastructure.
• Experience with Cloud environments.
• Ability to script automated processes.
• Proficiency with PHP.
• ServiceNow Administration certification.
• ServiceNow Discovery Implementation Specialist certification.
• Any Graduate degree.
