Description

Manage and optimize the ServiceNow CMDB, Discovery, and ITOM processes to ensure data integrity and platform stability.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain CMDB, service management, and ITIL processes.
• Configure and maintain IRE rules, Discovery schedules, MID Servers, and Service/Application mapping.
• Manage platform administration including Business Rules, UI Actions, Client/Server scripting, and Flow Designer.
• Build integrations using APIs, Service Graph Connectors, and Integration Hub.
• Execute code migrations via update sets and manage sprint releases using Agile or Kanban methodologies.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience in ServiceNow development, CMDB administration, Discovery, and ITIL processes.
• Proficiency in JavaScript, XML, HTML, CSS, and Angular.
• Hands-on experience with RESTful web services, JSON, HTTP, SSL, and XML.
• Experience with Git and managing integration endpoints via OAuth, Basic, or HMAC.
• Strong knowledge of CMDB Query Builder, CI Class Manager, and multi-source discovery.
• Ability to design and deploy scheduled jobs, import sets, transform maps, and scoped applications.
• Experience with Service Catalog design and custom workflow creation.
• Solid understanding of Change Management and Asset Lifecycle processes.

Preferred Skills

• ServiceNow Certifications.
• UX experience including prototyping, wireframing, and Google design sprints.
