Description

Manage the design, implementation, and performance of Configuration Management solutions within the ServiceNow platform.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement configuration items, classes, and attributes to support custom products and COTS.
• Populate ServiceNow tables to ensure data integrity for ITSM modules and business objectives.
• Collaborate with technical stakeholders to define data collection requirements for the 2025 Ovation launch.
• Maintain the CMDB and AMDB to adhere to established governance standards.
• Communicate and implement the ITIL CMDB model across the organization.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in configuration management environments.
• Hands-on experience with ServiceNow CMDB.
• Deep understanding of the ServiceNow CSDM model.
• Practical knowledge of the ITIL CMDB model and business application functionality.
• Operational experience creating and managing CIs in ServiceNow CMDB and AMDB.
• Knowledge of IT infrastructure topology, including servers, networking, and application configurations.
• Proficiency with Atlassian tools including Jira and Confluence.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with the 2025 Ovation launch project.
