Description

You will manage and advance campus-wide asset management solutions within the ServiceNow platform, focusing on CMDB accuracy and automation.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement automated processes for populating CMDB and HAM/SAM modules.
• Maintain accurate, auditable hardware serial numbers and asset data within the CMDB/ITAM.
• Manage software license assignments and track IT resource volume against purchase agreements.
• Integrate ServiceNow with third-party tools using Web Services, SOAP/REST, email, and MID servers.
• Create technical documentation for system reference and reporting.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in ServiceNow development and administration.
• Hands-on experience with ServiceNow Discovery and ITAM modules.
• Proficiency in UI Scripting, UI Action, UI Policy, UI Macro, Business Rules, and Workflow development.
• Experience with MID Server integrations and Import Sets.
• Strong knowledge of hardware and software asset reconciliation.
• Technical expertise in LDAP, VPN, SSL, and SAML/SSO.
• Working knowledge of SQL and ServiceNow Database views.

Preferred Skills

• Experience installing HAM/SAM modules.
