Description

You will lead the design, implementation, and optimization of enterprise configuration management and asset tracking systems.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Architect and implement scalable CMDB solutions integrated with IT Asset Management processes.
• Configure and maintain ServiceNow CMDB, Service Mapping, Discovery, ITAM, and ITOM modules.
• Develop dynamic service maps to model relationships between CIs, applications, and business services.
• Build integrations between ServiceNow and ITSM tools, monitoring systems, cloud platforms, and SaaS applications.
• Establish governance frameworks for CMDB and Service Mapping, including policies and data ownership.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in ServiceNow architecture and implementation.
• Deep expertise in ServiceNow CMDB and Service Mapping.
• Strong knowledge of ServiceNow Discovery and ITAM modules.
• Proficiency with AWS and Azure cloud platforms.
• Experience with automation tools and API integration.
• Ability to apply AI/ML in CMDB/ITAM environments.
• Any Graduate degree.
