Description

You will serve as the Subject Matter Expert for the ServiceNow CMDB, ensuring the integrity and proper configuration of the Configuration Management Database.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain the ServiceNow CMDB environment.
• Provide technical expertise regarding CMDB architecture and processes.
• Support the configuration and integrity of Configuration Management databases.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience working with ServiceNow.
• Deep technical knowledge of CMDB structures and management.
• Proven experience as a Subject Matter Expert in a ServiceNow environment.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate-level education.
