Description

You will own the design, governance, and technical integrity of the ServiceNow CMDB to support core ITSM processes.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Configure out-of-the-box and custom workflows using Flow Designer.
• Integrate ServiceNow applications with third-party systems via APIs and manage data ingestion.
• Develop and implement CI data governance, audit processes, and procedures.
• Maintain CI data accuracy and availability for Incident, Change, and Asset Management.
• Validate CMDB functionality following platform upgrades and deployments.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience with ServiceNow CMDB.
• Proven experience integrating CMDB with ITSM processes including Incident, Change, and Asset Management.
• Hands-on experience managing CI data integrity and performing data audits.
• Expertise in defining CI classes, attributes, and relationship types.
• Experience creating and troubleshooting CI Data Health reports and dashboards.
• Technical proficiency in ServiceNow Flow Designer and API integrations.
• Ability to work with stakeholders and CI Data Owners to define and improve processes.
• Strong background in implementing CI data governance frameworks.
