Description

Manage the development, implementation, and maintenance of the ServiceNow Configuration Management Database (CMDB).

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and maintain CMDB structure, including CI classes, attributes, relationships, and data models.
• Ensure data quality and integrity through regular audits, automated health checks, and reconciliation.
• Integrate discovery tools to automate CI population and updates.
• Collaborate with infrastructure and application teams to define CI requirements and governance standards.
• Work with developers to implement workflows, automation, and integrations.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow, specifically focusing on CMDB and Discovery modules.
• Proficiency with SCCM and Qualys.
• Strong knowledge of ITIL processes, specifically Configuration and Asset Management.
• Experience with JavaScript, workflows, and automation.
• Understanding of infrastructure components including servers, network, and applications.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or equivalent experience.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP cloud platforms.
• Knowledge of Service Graph Connector and CMDB data onboarding tools.
• ServiceNow certifications such as CSA, CIS-Discovery, or CIS-CMDB.
