Good to Have Skills: Experience with dbt for building Python-based pipelines, JavaScript for ServiceNow scripting and custom integrations, understanding of ServiceNow Discovery and ITOM processes, exposure to orchestration tools like Airflow and Azure Data Factory, cloud warehouses experience with Snowflake, BigQuery, Redshift, and Azure Synapse, knowledge of IT governance, security, and compliance standards.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain data integration pipelines that extract, transform, and load data from ServiceNow CMDB and related modules into enterprise data platforms.
• Own and manage the end-to-end lifecycle of CMDB, including class structures, relationships, and reconciliation on the ServiceNow platform.
• Implement and maintain CMDB governance policies, processes, and data quality standards to ensure reliable and scalable data flows.
• Ensure CMDB accuracy and completeness by monitoring and improving data ingestion sources for reporting and analytics.
• Collaborate closely with ServiceNow developers, ITOM/ITSM teams, and BI analysts to translate operational needs into robust data solutions.
• Build and optimize ETL/ELT workflows and data modeling for CMDB entities to enable IT operations and business intelligence reporting.

Education: B.E/B.Tech/BCA/BSc in Computer Science or related courses
