Description

Build and maintain data integration pipelines for ServiceNow CMDB and enterprise data platforms.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain ETL/ELT pipelines to extract, transform, and load data from ServiceNow CMDB into enterprise data platforms.
• Own the end-to-end lifecycle of the CMDB, including class structures, relationships, and reconciliation on the ServiceNow platform.
• Implement and maintain CMDB governance policies, processes, and data quality standards to ensure reliable and scalable data flows.
• Build and optimize data modeling for CMDB entities to enable IT operations and business intelligence reporting.
• Collaborate with ServiceNow developers, ITOM/ITSM teams, and BI analysts to translate operational needs into data solutions.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience with ServiceNow CMDB, including understanding of ITIL processes.
• Strong proficiency in SQL and MSSQL.
• Experience building ETL/ELT workflows using SSIS and Python.
• Proficiency in Data Integration and Data Modeling.
• Hands-on experience with REST APIs.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with dbt for building Python-based pipelines.
• Knowledge of orchestration tools like Airflow and Azure Data Factory.
• Experience with cloud warehouses such as Snowflake, BigQuery, Redshift, or Azure Synapse.
