Lead the technical direction and architectural standards for the ServiceNow platform.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Define and enforce architectural and technical standards across the ServiceNow ecosystem.
• Design database schemas and data modeling structures to support enterprise requirements.
• Manage requirements gathering, integration processes, and middleware implementations.
• Oversee discovery technologies to ensure accurate asset and configuration data.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of relevant professional experience in enterprise architecture.
• Deep expertise in ServiceNow ITSM and CMDB.
• Strong proficiency in data modeling and database design schemas.
• Experience with integration and middleware technologies.
• Knowledge of discovery technologies within the ServiceNow platform.
• Proven ability to gather and translate complex business requirements.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate education.
