Description

You will manage ServiceNow configuration and ensure the integrity of the Configuration Management Database (CMDB).

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Maintain ServiceNow Configuration Management Database (CMDB) data integrity.
• Develop and configure ServiceNow modules including ITSM, ITOM, and CSM.
• Build and manage workflows, business rules, client scripts, and UI policies.
• Integrate ServiceNow with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs, LDAP, and SSO.
• Apply Agile methodologies to configuration and development tasks.

Required Skills

• 5-7 years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow configuration and development.
• Deep expertise in ITSM and at least one other module such as ITOM or HRSD.
• Proficiency in ServiceNow scripting using JavaScript and Glide API.
• Experience with ServiceNow administration and configuration.
• Practical knowledge of REST/SOAP APIs, LDAP, and SSO integrations.
• Working knowledge of ITIL Foundation frameworks.
• Experience using Agile tools like Jira and Confluence.

Preferred Skills

• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification.
• ServiceNow Implementation Specialist certifications.
