You will configure the ServiceNow platform to meet organizational needs using provided templates, minimizing heavy customization.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Configure ServiceNow instances based on predefined templates and guidelines.
• Adjust platform configurations to align with specific organizational requirements.
• Enhance SharePoint functionalities to improve user experience and system performance.
• Facilitate the migration of information from SharePoint to Microsoft Teams.
• Troubleshoot issues and provide user support for ServiceNow and SharePoint.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in platform configuration.
• ServiceNow configuration and administration.
• SharePoint architecture and functionality.
• Microsoft Teams integration with SharePoint.
• Problem-solving and technical troubleshooting.
• Documentation of all configurations and system processes.
