Description

You will lead technical implementations and development across the global ServiceNow platform.

Responsibilities

  • Implement all ServiceNow modules across global locations.
  • Design and execute technical specifications for ServiceNow integrations.
  • Translate business requirements into standardized process designs and technical solutions.
  • Develop technical components and perform integration testing.
  • Manage configuration changes using ServiceNow scripting, including UI Policies, Business Rules, Client Scripts, Jelly, and AngularJS.

Required Skills

  • 10+ years of ServiceNow development experience.
  • Expertise in ITSM, ITOM, HAM, and ITAM.
  • Hands-on experience with ServiceNow Discovery.
  • Proficiency in AngularJS.
  • Strong understanding of ITIL frameworks.
  • Deep knowledge of ServiceNow scripting (Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies/Actions, Jelly).
  • Ability to provide technical expertise on complex development questions.
  • Any Graduate degree.
