Responsibilities
Lead a team of developers, providing technical guidance, mentorship, and code reviews.
Design technical solutions for new requirements and integrations while enforcing coding best practices.
Stay hands-on with the development and implementation of ServiceNow modules.
Identify gaps in existing solutions and execute necessary improvements.
Manage stakeholder communication and translate requirements into technical designs.
Required Skills
8+ years of experience in technical roles.
Proficiency in JavaScript, XML, AngularJS, and HTML/CSS.
Extensive experience configuring and customizing ServiceNow, including Flow Designer, Service Catalog, UI, Client scripts, Business rules, UI Actions, and Script Includes.
Deep knowledge of the ServiceNow platform, including building new applications and enhancing existing ones.
Experience with Source Code Management, Business Rules, and Integrations.
Proven track record working with Order Management systems.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work independently or within an Agile team environment.
