Description

You will define ServiceNow architecture and solution strategy aligned with business and IT objectives, designing scalable, secure solutions across ITSM, HRSD, GRC, ITOM, and custom applications.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop technical roadmaps, integration strategies, and implementation blueprints.
• Design and maintain data models, workflows, business rules, and custom configurations.
• Conduct workshops, discovery sessions, and design reviews with stakeholders.
• Drive best practices and governance standards for implementation and development.
• Support platform upgrades, enhancements, and performance optimization initiatives.

Required Skills

• 4-8 years of experience on ServiceNow platform development, implementation, or consulting.
• Hands-on experience in ITSM modules: Incident, Problem, Change, and Service Catalog.
• Strong knowledge of CMDB and Infrastructure Architecture.
• Proficiency in ServiceNow integrations using REST, SOAP, or middleware tools.
• Experience in platform customization including workflows, scripting, and UI configuration.
• Ability to act as the primary technical point of contact for architecture decisions.
• Strong stakeholder communication and solution consulting skills.

Preferred Skills

• ECSA certification or equivalent ServiceNow architecture expertise.
• Knowledge of enterprise system integration concepts and infrastructure architecture.
• Experience with GRC and ITOM modules.
