Description

You will configure, implement, and maintain ServiceNow ITSM solutions on-site.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Configure and manage ITSM processes, including Incident and Change Management.
• Develop custom solutions using JavaScript, Python, and PowerShell.
• Integrate ServiceNow with external systems via REST and SOAP web services.
• Build custom UI Pages and implement Service Mapping workflows.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in IT service management (ITSM).
• Expertise in ServiceNow ITSM, ITIL, and CMDB.
• Proficiency in JavaScript, Python, and PowerShell.
• Experience building integrations using REST and SOAP protocols.
• Familiarity with XML and HTML data formats.
• Front-end development skills in CSS and AJAX.
• Experience developing Business Rules, UI Actions, and Scheduled Jobs.
