Description

You will act as a functional expert driving the implementation of ServiceNow Field Service Management (FSM) solutions.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead requirements workshops covering Work Order Management, Dispatcher Workspace, Dynamic Scheduling, and Inventory Management.
• Document configuration requirements and user stories within the ServiceNow Agile Development module.
• Collaborate with developers and QA consultants to ensure implementation aligns with the Statement of Work.
• Perform functional testing on non-production instances and guide stakeholders through User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Provide training to customer SMEs on FSM module features and manage defect documentation during UAT.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in professional environments.
• Proven project experience implementing ServiceNow FSM modules including Field Agent Mobile App, Planned Maintenance, and Parts Management.
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA).
• ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist - FSM.
• Strong understanding of Employee Center or Employee Center Pro.
• Knowledge of HRSD industry use cases such as utilities, telecom, or healthcare.
• Ability to guide stakeholders on data collection and template validation.
• Excellent technical documentation and communication skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Employee Center Pro.
