Description

Lead CSDM implementations and architect enterprise services within the ServiceNow platform.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Architect enterprise services and model application, technology, and business services under a unified data model.
• Manage the CI lifecycle and configuration management processes.
• Deliver unified processes for service onboarding and service lifecycle management.
• Develop technical documentation in agile tools to standardize team processes.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of experience architecting enterprise services.
• Deep understanding of Configuration Management and CI lifecycle management in ServiceNow.
• Expertise in ServiceNow CI class models.
• Knowledge of Service Architecture and unified data modeling.
• High-level understanding of ServiceNow Service Mapping and application component mapping.
• Proficiency with Agile Architecture using SAFe 5.0.
• Working knowledge of ITIL processes.
• ServiceNow platform expertise.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of Service Introduction and Service Design.
