We are seeking a skilled ServiceNow Developer/Administrator to manage, develop, and optimize our ServiceNow platform.
You will be responsible for the end-to-end delivery of ITSM solutions, including sophisticated scripting, workflow automation, and third-party integrations.
Essential Job Functions:
Core Development & Administration: Design, configure, and maintain ServiceNow ITSM modules, including Incident, Problem, Change, Knowledge, and Service Catalog.
Scripting & Automation: Develop and maintain client-side and server-side scripts (Business Rules, Script Includes, Client Scripts, UI Policies, and UI Actions) to automate business processes.
Workflows & Orchestration: Build complex automation workflows using Flow Designer and Workflow Editor to streamline manual tasks.
Integrations: Implement and support integrations with third-party systems using REST/SOAP APIs, MID Servers, and IntegrationHub.
Service Portal: Design and customize Service Portal pages and develop custom widgets using AngularJS, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript to improve end-user interaction.
Platform Maintenance: Oversee system upgrades, patch management, and performance monitoring to ensure high availability and security.
Requirement Gathering: Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into technical specifications and maintain clear documentation.
Qualifications:
Experience: 3–5 years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow development and administration.
Technical Proficiency: Strong expertise in JavaScript, GlideScript, and web technologies (HTML, CSS, XML).
ITSM Knowledge: Deep understanding of the ITIL framework and how it aligns with ServiceNow processes.
Tools: Proficiency with Update Sets, Schema Map, Import Sets, and CMDB.
Soft Skills: Excellent problem-solving abilities and communication skills for interacting with cross-functional teams.
Certifications
Preferred - ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)
