Description

Design, develop, and administer ServiceNow ITSM solutions, managing the full lifecycle from requirement gathering to platform maintenance.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design, configure, and maintain ServiceNow ITSM modules including Incident, Problem, Change, Knowledge, and Service Catalog.
• Develop client-side and server-side scripts (Business Rules, Script Includes, Client Scripts, UI Policies, UI Actions) to automate business processes.
• Build complex automation workflows using Flow Designer and Workflow Editor to streamline manual tasks.
• Implement and support integrations with third-party systems using REST/SOAP APIs, MID Servers, and IntegrationHub.
• Customize Service Portal pages and develop widgets using AngularJS, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow development and administration.
• Strong expertise in JavaScript, GlideScript, HTML, CSS, and XML.
• Deep understanding of the ITIL framework and ServiceNow ITSM processes.
• Proficiency with Update Sets, Schema Map, Import Sets, and CMDB.
• Experience with system upgrades, patch management, and performance monitoring.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.

Preferred Skills

• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) and Certified Application Developer (CAD).
• ITIL v4 Foundation Certification.
