Description
Configure and customize ServiceNow modules to meet technical requirements.
This role is on-site.
Responsibilities
- Configure and customize ServiceNow modules through forms, scripts, and reports.
- Develop dashboards, catalog items, and UI Actions.
- Manage data imports and implement Access Control Lists (ACLs).
- Utilize the ServiceNow Automated Testing Framework, Event Management, and Cloud modules.
Required Skills
- 5+ years of experience in ServiceNow environments.
- Proficiency with JavaScript.
- Experience with XML, HTML, and JSON.
- Hands-on work with AJAX.
- Knowledge of SOAP/REST protocols.
- Experience working with ServiceNow APIs.
Preferred Skills
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate qualification.
