Roles and Responsibilities:

• Configure and implement ServiceNow OT Management (OTM) and IT Operations Management (ITOM) modules to support operational workflows.
• Design and maintain CMDB data alignment for OT/IT assets, relationships, and operational context.
• Build and support integrations between ServiceNow and external systems to ingest and synchronize operational data.
• Develop automation and scripting to streamline operational processes, improve data quality, and reduce manual effort.
• Troubleshoot incidents, validate configurations, and support ongoing enhancements through testing and release cycles.

Skills Required:

• 6-10 years of relevant experience in ServiceNow and operations management implementations
• ServiceNow implementation experience, including configuration and administration.
• Hands-on experience with ServiceNow OT Management (OTM).
• Hands-on experience with ServiceNow IT Operations Management (ITOM).
• Experience supporting integrations, automation, and scripting activities in ServiceNow.

Good to Have:

• CMDB experience for asset and relationship modeling.
• Integration experience (data ingestion/synchronization) with external systems.
• Automation and scripting experience to support operational workflows.
