Description

You will own the implementation and management of ServiceNow-based security and IT operations processes.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate current vulnerabilities and implement remediation workflows to address security gaps.
• Develop and modify Vulnerability Response (VR) workflows to improve response processes.
• Manage security incidents and remediation activities using the ServiceNow VR module.
• Collaborate with teams to implement patching processes for Mainframe, Server OS, and network switches.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in IT security with a strong understanding of vulnerability management.
• ServiceNow Senior Developer level expertise.
• Proficiency in ServiceNow, SQL, and ServiceNow ITSM.
• Experience managing vulnerability response using ServiceNow VR.
• Experience with vulnerability assessment tools, ideally Qualys integration.
• Ability to develop and modify complex system workflows.
• Experience with SCCM.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with patching processes for Mainframe and network switches.
