Description

You will design, develop, and implement ServiceNow solutions to automate business processes and manage IT services.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement ServiceNow solutions for IT Service Management and business process automation.
• Support and maintain Incident, Change, Problem, and Agent Chat modules.
• Develop integrations with internal and external systems using REST, JavaScript, and GlideAjax.
• Lead implementations for CMDB, Hardware Asset Management, and Software Asset Management.
• Build custom applications by translating IT and business requirements into platform functionality.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience with ServiceNow across ITSM, Integrations, ITAM, and ITOM.
• Proven experience with REST, JavaScript, and GlideAjax for custom implementations.
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator certification.
• ServiceNow Flow Designer Micro Certification.
• Hands-on experience supporting Hardware and Software Asset Management implementations.
• Experience designing both out-of-the-box and custom integrations.
• Any Graduate degree.
