Description

You configure and implement ServiceNow OT Management (OTM) and IT Operations Management (ITOM) modules to support operational workflows.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Configure ServiceNow OTM and ITOM modules to support operational workflows.
• Design and maintain CMDB data alignment for OT/IT assets, relationships, and operational context.
• Build and support integrations between ServiceNow and external systems to ingest and synchronize operational data.
• Develop automation and scripting to streamline operational processes and improve data quality.
• Troubleshoot incidents and validate configurations during testing and release cycles.

Required Skills

• 6-10 years of experience in ServiceNow implementations and operations management.
• Hands-on experience with ServiceNow OT Management (OTM).
• Hands-on experience with ServiceNow IT Operations Management (ITOM).
• Experience supporting integrations, automation, and scripting activities in ServiceNow.
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent education.

Preferred Skills

• CMDB experience for asset and relationship modeling.
• Integration experience with external systems for data ingestion and synchronization.
