Description

You will act as the technical lead for a ServiceNow run/maintenance program, ensuring platform stability and administration.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical activities for the ServiceNow platform within a maintenance-focused program.
• Manage development and administration tasks to ensure system continuity.
• Maintain and support core ITSM modules and integrated suites.
• Oversee platform health and operational requirements for HAM, SAM, and GRC/IRM modules.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in ServiceNow development and administration.
• Hands-on experience with the ITSM suite.
• Direct experience with HAM (Hardware Asset Management) and SAM (Software Asset Management).
• Proven expertise in GRC (Governance, Risk, and Compliance) or IRM (Integrated Risk Management).
• Ability to lead technical workstreams in a maintenance or "keep the lights on" environment.
• Degree in any field of study.
