Description

You will design, architect, and implement ServiceNow solutions, with a primary focus on Financial Services Operations (FSO) and Customer Service Management (CSM). You will own the technical delivery of enterprise-grade implementations, translating business requirements into robust technical architectures.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Architect and implement ServiceNow FSO solutions, including Financial Data Model, Dispute Management, and Claims Processing.
• Develop and customize platform features using JavaScript, HTML, CSS, XML, and REST/SOAP web services.
• Design business rules, script includes, and UI actions to extend platform functionality.
• Lead solution design and technical implementation within Agile teams, managing sprint planning and demos.
• Ensure alignment with enterprise architecture processes and Service Management frameworks like ITIL.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in ServiceNow technology and solution architecture.
• Deep expertise in ServiceNow FSO, CSM, and Financial Service Data Model.
• Proficient in client and server-side JavaScript, HTML, CSS, XML, and AJAX.
• Experience with ServiceNow APIs, REST/SOAP integrations, and external system connectivity.
• Strong understanding of CSDM, CMDB, Data Models, and ServiceNow configuration.
• Proven track record in requirements gathering, design, and implementation of FSO solutions.
• ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist – IRM or Risk and Compliance.

Preferred Skills

• ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist – Vendor Risk Management.
• Experience with IRM implementations, plugins, and accelerators.
