Description

You will design and implement ServiceNow ITSM and ITOM solutions, owning the technical delivery from requirements to deployment.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement ITSM solutions for Incident, Problem, Change, Knowledge, Service Request Management, and Service Catalog.
• Lead implementation and optimization of ITOM modules, including Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management, and CMDB.
• Develop and maintain the CMDB, ensuring proper CI structure, relationships, and reconciliation.
• Lead integration projects using REST/SOAP APIs, MID Servers, and IntegrationHub with external systems.
• Translate business requirements into technical designs for scalable ServiceNow solutions.

Required Skills

• 10+ years implementing and supporting ServiceNow ITSM and ITOM solutions.
• In-depth knowledge of ServiceNow platform architecture, data model, security, and JavaScript scripting.
• Proven experience configuring ServiceNow Discovery, Service Mapping, and CMDB.
• Experience with MID Servers, network protocols (SNMP, WMI, SSH), and discovery patterns.
• Hands-on experience building Service Catalogs, Request Workflows, and Service Request Fulfilment.
• Proficient in developing REST/SOAP API integrations, IntegrationHub, Flow Designer, and Workflows.
• Solid understanding of ITIL frameworks and CMDB governance.
• Experience integrating ServiceNow with DevOps tools like Ansible, Terraform, and CI/CD Pipelines.
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification required.
