You will design, implement, and maintain technical solutions within the ServiceNow platform, translating business requirements into stable, user-centric systems.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Design and review technical solutions and architecture within the ServiceNow platform.
• Develop intuitive interfaces and user-centric workflows.
• Translate business requirements from stakeholders into technical solutions.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve production issues to maintain platform stability.
• Collaborate with teams to ensure seamless integration across SNOW modules and external systems.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience as a ServiceNow Developer and Architect.
• Proficiency with ServiceNow, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
• Experience integrating ServiceNow with other systems using APIs.
• Familiarity with ITIL processes and service management best practices.
• Experience working within Agile development methodologies.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA).
