Description

You will lead the design of enterprise monitoring solutions and oversee ServiceNow ITSM modules to ensure operational stability.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Architect centralized dashboards for real-time visibility into system health using AIOps platforms.
• Oversee ServiceNow modules including Incident, Problem, Change, and Request Management.
• Own the disaster recovery strategy, including risk assessments and regular DR drills for business-critical systems.
• Define and track KPIs and SLAs across IT operations, specifically managing P1/P2 incident adherence.
• Drive AIOps initiatives to automate root cause analysis, anomaly detection, and predictive maintenance.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in IT operations and infrastructure support.
• Hands-on experience with ServiceNow ITSM modules.
• Proficiency with monitoring tools: Moogsoft, SolarWinds, and Dynatrace.
• Strong understanding of ITIL processes and SLA governance.
• Experience with AIOps platforms and automation.
• Proficiency in automation scripting using PowerShell and Python.
• Experience with disaster recovery technologies and business continuity planning.
• Ability to lead governance meetings and manage stakeholder communications.

• Any Graduate degree in a related technical field.
