Description

You will lead a team of developers to design, implement, and enhance ServiceNow modules while staying hands-on with technical execution.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Lead ServiceNow developers through work reviews, guidance, and mentorship.
• Design technical solutions for new requirements and integrations while enforcing coding best practices.
• Stay hands-on with the development and implementation of ServiceNow modules.
• Identify gaps in existing solutions and execute necessary improvements.
• Manage stakeholder communication and coordinate with project teams.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience in technical roles.
• Certified ServiceNow Administrator (CSA).
• Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS).
• Proficiency in JavaScript, XML, AngularJS, and HTML/CSS.
• Extensive experience with Business Rules, Source Code Management, Flow Designer, and Integrations.
• Experience configuring and customizing ServiceNow using Service Catalog, UI, Client scripts, Business rules, UI Actions, and Script Includes.
• Proven track record working with Order Management systems.
• Ability to build new applications and enhance existing ones on the ServiceNow platform.
• Any Graduate degree.

• Background in Telecom.
