Description

You will lead the implementation and optimization of ServiceNow ITOM solutions to meet business objectives.

Responsibilities

• Design, configure, and maintain the CMDB to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
• Implement and promote the CSDM framework to standardize service management practices.
• Conduct regular CMDB audits to ensure compliance with industry standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and develop functional specifications.
• Identify opportunities for automation and process improvement within the ServiceNow platform.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience implementing ServiceNow solutions.
• Hands-on expertise with ITOM, CMDB, and CSDM.
• Proficiency in ServiceNow development and JavaScript.
• Strong understanding of ITIL processes and frameworks.
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with ServiceNow Discovery, Service Mapping, and Event Management modules.
• Knowledge of integration strategies with other ITSM tools and systems.
