You will lead the implementation and optimization of ServiceNow ITOM solutions to meet business objectives.

You will own the release pipeline

Responsibilities

• Design, configure, and maintain the CMDB to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
• Implement the CSDM framework to standardize service management practices.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and develop functional specifications.
• Conduct regular CMDB audits and identify opportunities for process automation.
• Provide training and support to stakeholders on ITOM, CMDB, and CSDM functionalities.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience implementing ServiceNow solutions, specifically in ITOM, CMDB, and CSDM.
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of ITIL processes and frameworks.
• ServiceNow certifications, such as Certified Implementation Specialist or ITOM.
• Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously to meet deadlines.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills for technical and non-technical environments.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with ServiceNow Discovery, Service Mapping, and Event Management modules.
• Knowledge of integration strategies with other ITSM tools and systems.
• Familiarity with JavaScript and ServiceNow development best practices.
