Description

You will lead ServiceNow ITOM implementations, focusing on Discovery and Service Mapping applications.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Implement ServiceNow ITOM, specifically Discovery and Service Mapping.
• Design solutions for new requirements and integrations using platform best practices.
• Manage CMDB processes, including OOB class structures and CSDM.
• Identify gaps in existing solutions and execute necessary improvements.
• Mentor team members and manage stakeholder communications.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in ServiceNow development and implementation.
• CIS Discovery certification.
• CIS Service Mapping certification.
• ITIL certification.
• Deep knowledge of CMDB and CSDM processes.
• Experience building new applications and managing platform integrations.
• Experience working within large organizations managing multiple service management tools.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate status.
