Description

You will design and lead ServiceNow architectural strategies for enterprise customers.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead discovery workshops to identify customer challenges and deliver aligned product demonstrations.
• Create detailed technical designs leveraging ServiceNow platform capabilities and third-party integrations.
• Guide customers toward deeper adoption of professional and enterprise solutions to accelerate time to value.
• Collaborate with sales, OEM, and delivery organizations to drive growth strategies and develop solution collateral.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in Solution Architecture.
• 5+ years of direct ServiceNow product experience.
• Proven track record as a solution consultant or architect working with enterprise-scale customers.
• Ability to answer complex product feature and technical questions for customers and channel partners.
• Experience conducting research to identify customer-centric topics and solution requirements.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Experience serving as an expert advisor to clients, partners, and project teams.

Preferred Skills

• Ability to develop comprehensive thought leadership strategies centered on ServiceNow.
